HERMANSVILLE – Caroline Arduin, 82, life-long resident of Hermansville, died Dec. 29, 2012, at the Oasis Pavilion Hospice Center in Casa Grande, Ariz. Born July 26, 1930, to the late Arthur and Marie Schultz. Twice married and widowed to Gerald Davis then Eugene Arduin, Sr.
Caroline was active throughout her career at the Hermansville Public School and the Hermansville Library. She enjoyed family and friends, the outdoors, organizing activities, volunteering in the community, golfing, line dancing and playing cards.
She is survived by her sisters, Jane Schultz, Sharon (Charlie) Buckeridge and Kathleen Raygo; sisters-in-law, Lillian Schultz, Joyce Gennara and Betty Kirschner; dear aunt of Cheryl Tjardes, Peter (Lisa) Schultz, Wendy (Russell) Peters, Hans (Deanna) Schultz, Steven (Tammy Roberts), John (Claire) Schultz, Michael Buckeridge, Lynn (Dave) Byler, Kate (John) King, Eric (Suki) Wash, Crys Wash and Melissa Wash; extended family of Millie Jean Malone, Eugene (Sandy) Arduin, Jr., Rick (Marlene) Arduin, Nick (Angie) Arduin, Jim (Sandy) Arduin, Stephanie Arduin, Jennie(Adam) Thill, Jeff (Kathy) Bilski and Tim (Lisa) Bilski.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Theodore (Nancy) Schultz, Arthur Schultz and Sally Schultz.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, at 11 a.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church in Powers followed by a luncheon hosted by the ladies auxiliary.
