Minor Little League State Tournament begins today

ESCANABA – The Michigan Little League Minor girls (age 9-10) state tournament begins Friday at Lemerand Park in Escanaba. The tournament consists of 16 teams divided into four pools. Each team will play three games in pool play, with the top two teams in each pool advancing to the state quarterfinals (single elimination bracket).
