BEAVER – Bark River residents, Joseph Beaver and Christina Gerdeen, are the parents of a baby boy, their sixth son. Jayden Owen was delivered at OSF St. Francis Hospital on July 7 at 4:05 p.m. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 6.2 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
His brothers are Kamryn, Matt, Anthony, Joe and Sam.
The baby’s grandparents are Jackie Gerdeen of Escanaba and the late Kevin Gerdeen, and Joseph and Judy Beaver of Rapid River.
Jayden’s great-grandparents are Rosie Polequin of Escanaba and Donna Olsen of Grand Rapids.
MILESKI – Troy Mileski and Amanda Nordquist of Escanaba welcomed a daughter, Brooklyn Grace, on July 12. Brooklyn was delivered at OSF St. Francis Hospital at 11:13 a.m. She weighed in at 7 pounds, 6.5 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Brooklyn joins two brothers, Trenton and Caden, in the family.
Debbie and Charlie Nordquist of Escanaba are the maternal grandparents. Amber Gallagher of Gladstone and Craig Mileski of Jupiter, Fla., are the paternal grandparents.
Brooklyn’s great-grandparents are Dave and Diane Hanson of Escanaba, Terry and Judy Chouinard of Riverland, Mich., and Dave and Lori Mileski of DePere, Wis.
Noella Makosky of Escanaba and Clyde VanEnkevort of Gladstone are the baby’s great-great-grandparents.
SMITH – On May 2, newborn Aaron James was delivered at OSF St. Francis Hospital at 3:31 p.m. He weighed in at 9 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches in length. Aaron’s parents are Darren and Haley (Thomma) Smith of Gladstone.
Aaron joins big brother, Aiden, in the family.
The baby’s grandparents are Jim and Sandy Thomma of Escanaba, Dewaine and Christine Dixon of Manistique, and the late Daniel Dale Smith.
SUOR – Jeremy and Rebecca (Chartier) Suor are the parents of a newborn son, Parker Adam Joseph, delivered on July 12 at 9:14 a.m. at OSF St. Francis Hospital. Parker weighed in at 8 pounds, 14.6 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Parker joins siblings, Connor, 7, and MacKenzie and Gavin, both 21 months.
Grandparents are Stephen and Jonah Chartier of Spalding and Dale Suor of Waterford, Mich.
The baby’s great-grandparents are Elizabeth Padilla of Escanaba, George Pulsifer of Fowler, Colo., Genevieve (Leon) Chartier of Wilson and Gordon Suor of Bay City.
LaBONTE – Neenah residents, Josh and Kim (LaFave) LaBonte, welcomed their second child, a baby boy, at 1:30 p.m. May 30. Easton Joshua weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long.
Baby Easton joins big sister, Braelyn, at home.
Grandparents are Wendy and Lemrod LaBonte Jr., along with Jodi and John Rian, all of Escanaba, and David LaFave of Wausau, Wis.
Easton’s great-grandparents are Ethel and Lemrod LaBonte Sr., of Spalding, Shirley and Wayne Jacques Sr. of Escanaba, Dorothy and Joseph LaFave of Gladstone, and Lou and Ken Rian of Wells.
