KANG – Makayla Erin is the name chosen for the newborn daughter of Donald Kang II and Megan O’Donnell of Escanaba. Makayla was delivered at OSF St. Francis Hospital on July 16 at 9:40 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Michael and Kimberlee O’Donnell of Escanaba. Brett and Jennifer Caswell and Donald Kang of Escanaba are the baby’s paternal grandparents.

The great-grandparents are Nancy and Howard Keeton of Gladstone, Eugene and Geraldine O’Donnell of Old Bridge, N.J., Katherine Kang of Escanaba, and Cindy and Ray Segorski of Ford River.

Great-great-grandmothers are Elvira Segorski, Marlys Thone and Dorothy Kang, all of Escanaba.

KEMP – Hank and Rachel (Koskey) Kemp of South St. Paul, Minn., welcomed their second child, a baby boy, born at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood, Minn., on June 18 at 6:58 p.m. Henry Francis weighed in at 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 20.75 inches long at birth.

The baby joins his sister, Lucy, at home.

Henry’s grandparents are Dave and Loreene (Zeno) Koskey of Marquette, Chris Kemp of Louisville, Colo., and Deb Kemp of Rochester, Minn.

Local great-grandparents are Clarence Zeno of Escanaba and Don “Porky” Koskey of Marquette.

KLEIKAMP – Jaime and Amanda-Jo Kleikamp of Wilson welcomed their first child, a daughter, born at OSF St. Francis Hospital on June 7 at 9:46 a.m. She weighed in a 6 pounds, 2.6 ounces, and measured 17.5 inches in length. She has been named Jersey Jo.

The mother is the former Amanda-Jo Poupore.

Jersey’s grandparents are Pauline Vara and Timothy and Barb Poupore of Carney, and Gerald and RayJeannia Kleikamp of Wilson.

Great-grandparents are Mary Jo and Jerry Poupore of Carney, Carmine and Marsha Vara of Gwinn, and Rayne and Helen Motto and Shirley Kleikamp, both of Wilson.

STUPAK – Gladstone residents, Trenton and Amy Stupak, announce the birth of their daughter, Camryn Fisher. Born at 8:57 a.m. on May 21 at Marquette General Hospital, the infant weighed 6 pounds, 13.5 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

Camryn joins big brother, Spencer, in the family.

Baby Camryn’s maternal grandparents are Bob and Denise Schulkins of Farmington Hills. Paternal grandparents are Frank and Penny Stupak of Escanaba.

KANG – A baby boy is the second son for Duhan Kang and Jihyoun Hwang of Bark River. The infant was born at OSF St. Francis Hospital on June 21 at 12:07 p.m. Dunghyun “Scott” weighed in at 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
