Arrests made in interstate heroin investigation
Officers from the Menominee County Wide Drug Enforcement Team and the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Team conducted an interstate heroin trafficking investigation.
As a direct result of Oct. 17-18 investigation, officers arrested a 21 year-old woman from Menominee for a probation violation; a 28 year-old woman from Menominee for possession with intent to deliver heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and, a 26 year-old man from Marinette for possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug vehicle. Names are not being released pending the issuance of formal charges from the prosecutor’s offices in Marinette and Menominee.
