Time for treats…or tricks

ESCANABA – With Halloween on Thursday, cities and municipalities in Delta, Schoolcraft, and Menominee counties have announced their trick-or-treat hours and other holiday festivities.

The times and events are as follows:

Escanaba – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.; Upper Elementary School Halloween Carnival Nov. 1 from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at Upper Elementary; Lemmer Elementary School Fall Festival on Nov. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Ruth Butler Building; Escanaba High School Halloween Dance on Nov. 1 from 8 to 11 p.m. at the high school.

Gladstone – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Manistique – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Bark River – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Rapid River – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 4 to 6 p.m.; Halloween Carnival at Rapid River Schools from 6 to 8 p.m.

Rock – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Powers/Hermansville – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 4 to 6 p.m., treats at Floriano-Stecker American Legion Post in Hermansville from 4 to 6 p.m.

Garden – Trick-or-Treat hours: Oct. 31 from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
