Parents, spectators need to behave

Most people would likely agree that sporting activities play an important role in what any school is attempting to achieve.

Most of these people also understand something of the importance of maintaining morale in the process. One thing that may be missing in all this, however, is awareness of how easily morale can be injured or destroyed by parents and other spectators bad mouthing a coach, a program, or a referee. I doubt that any parent really wants to be guilty of that kind of sabotage, but a surprising number do not seem to recognize just how damaging it can be to voice their own frustrations during a game or sporting event. Schools have enough to do without having to educate the rest of us, so lets all work together to have our fun in a positive way.”
