CMU announces December graduates

MOUNT PLEASANT – Central Michigan University has announced the names of the local residents who were presented with degrees in December.

Earning bachelor’s degrees were:

ESCANABA – Kaylee Hanson (education), Nicole Ladouceur (business administration), and Jennie Mokszycke (bachelor of science).

GLADSTONE – Kailee Shea (applied arts) and Natasha Taylor (bachelor of science).

GWINN – Kelli Kovarik (applied arts).

MENOMINEE – Kelsey Anonich (education), Matthew Berg (bachelor of science), and Abby MacCormack (applied arts).

WALLACE – Arielle Starzynski (bachelor of science).

Awarded master’s degrees:

GLADSTONE – Bradley Columb (administration).

MENOMINEE – Cori Miller (education and academic areas).

STEPHENSON – Justin Motto (education and academic areas).

Local pair named to UW-Green Bay honor list

GREEN BAY – Two area residents are included among the students receiving academic honors for the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Students who earn a 4.0 gradepoint average, which represents all “A” grades, receive highest honors. High honors go to those earning 3.99 to 3.75 gradepoint averages. The students are:

BARK RIVER – Hailey McDermott (Highest Honors);

ESCANABA – Mark Bruce (Honors).
