ROGERS – Parker Winfield is the name chosen for the newborn son of Brandon and Jennifer (Sundberg) Rogers of Escanaba. Delivered at OSF St. Francis Hospital on Feb. 9 at 11:31 a.m., the infant weighed in at 8 pounds, 12.3 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long.
Parker is the couple’s first child.
The baby’s grandparents are Bruce and Dawn Sundberg of Rapid River, and Tom and Theresa Rogers of Hyde.
Great-grandparents are Rose Rogers of Escanaba, Marv and Donna Nelson of Cornell, and Fran and Ed Kleikamp.
BUSBANI – Benjiman and Valentina (Malone) Busbani of Escanaba welcomed a son, Anthony Leonard, born at 11:39 p.m. on Jan. 31 at OSF St. Francis Hospital. He weighed in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
Anthony is the couple’s first child.
Maternal grandparents are James Malone Jr. of Hermansville and Ruth and Scot Menke of Stephenson. Leonard and Susan Busbani of Escanaba are paternal grandparents.
Albert Busbani of Cornell, Robert and Lucy Bourdeau of Escanaba, Jim Malone Sr. and Myrna Malone of Hermansville, Richard and Rhea Nimmer of Spread Eagle, Wis., are the baby’s great-grandparents.
CHERNICK – Justin and Alycia (Hansen) Chernick of Bark River are the parents of a baby girl, Stella Lou, born on March 13 at 8:30 a.m. at OSF St. Francis Hospital. Stella weighed in at 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 19 inches long at birth.
She joins brother Luke at home.
The baby’s grandparents are Albin and Nancy Hansen, and Jan Chernick and the late Wayne Chernick, all of Escanaba.
Irene Chernick and Mary Arbour of Escanaba are Stella’s great-grandmothers.
GENEWICK – Kyle and Erin Genewick of Escanaba welcomed their first child, a son, born March 12 at 10:59 p.m. at OSF St. Francis Hospital. He has been named Tucker Lawrence. Tucker weighed 8 pounds, 4.2 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long at birth.
The mother is the former Erin Fudala.
Bruce and Marie Fudala of Gladstone are Tucker’s maternal grandparents. Paternal grandparents are Jim and Karen Hydock of Lyndonville, N.Y.
Great-grandparents include Janet Beaudry of Gladstone, Frank and Judy Genewick of Gasport, N.Y., Katherine Fudala of Escanaba, and John Hydock of Medina, N.Y.
