McFayden completes real estate course

ESCANABA – Darlene Derocher, broker, for Coldwell Banker Pro Realty, announced Jane McFadyen has completed an eight-week, intensive online course that further establishes her as a leader in the Delta County real estate market. McFadyen recently completed BOOST, a Coldwell Banker University program designed exclusively for experienced Coldwell Banker sales associates. The online course provided McFadyen with further insight into working in today’s fast-paced business environment.

Coldwell Banker University is the national education center for franchisees of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.

“Jane completed this extensive course which provided her with tools to compete in the changing real estate market,” said Derocher. “The course covered such important topics as how to maximize customer relationships and market homes properly on the Internet. The National Association of Realtors states that the Web is now the top marketing tool in the industry, so gaining expertise in marketing homes online is critical to our business.”

“The real estate industry has changed,” said McFadyen. “This Coldwell Banker University course has given me even more ways to enhance my business, but more importantly it allows me to work even better with my clients.”

McFadyen has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Pro Realty for just over a year. She has successfully completed the Coldwell Banker University eFastStart course and is working on achieving her Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist designations. A native of the United Kingdom, and a graduate of Manchester University, McFadyen resides in Gladstone.
