Police investigate break-in at Gulliver mini-mart

GULLIVER – A mini-mart in Gulliver in southeast Schoolcraft County was broken into during the weekend, according to troopers from the Michigan State Police Detachment in Manistique.

A front window was smashed to gain entry into BG’s IGA Market, 2844 West U.S. 2, sometime overnight Saturday, said troopers. Taken from the business were cigarettes, liquor, rolls of quarters and other coins totaling less than $200.

Police had no suspects as of this morning and continue to investigate the break-in.
