Daniel Lee Carlson, 42, of 2656 Triple Creek 23rd Road, Cornell, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, second offense; 12 months probation; $1,375 fines and costs; placed on alcohol tether.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Jared Scott Micheau, 17, 1016 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by a controlled substance; five days jail, 40 hours community service in lieu of jail; six months probation; $1,130 fines and costs.

Daniel James Therrian, 46, of 5757 11th Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by a controlled substance; six months probation; $1,030 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Cody John Bovin, 21, of 1411 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana; 10 days jail, 40 hours community service in lieu of jail; 12 months probation; $830 fines and costs.

RESISTING POLICE

Reava Mae Black, 21, Marquette, pleaded guilty to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; 10 days jail concurrent with Marquette County sentence; $475 fines and costs.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Preston Lee Freeman, 34, Omro, Wis., pleaded guilty to reckless driving; 10 days jail, credit for two days served; $475 fines and costs.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Bradley Patrick Rudden, 33, Cornell, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of personal property less than $200; $10.24 restitution; $225 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Dalton J. Halfaday, 20, of 215 N. 16th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, second or subsequent offense; 30 days jail.

Ricky Allen Seymour, 22, of 3500 Gijik St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; three days jail, credit for two days served.

MALICIOUS USE OF TELEPHONE

Bradley Allen Branstrom, 20, Carney, pleaded no contest to malicious use of telephone services; sentencing concurrent with current sentence.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Craig Alan Dacheff, 25, Rhinelander, Wis., pleaded no contest to indecent exposure; 20 days jail; 12 months probation; $1,025 fines and costs.

DISTURBING THE PEACE

Nicole Marie Gillis, 35, Norway, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace and pleaded guilty to disorderly person loitering about illegal business; $475 fines.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

John Arthur Emmons, 58, Mayville, Mich., pleaded guilty to disorderly/obscene conduct; $425 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Stephanie Faye Lattergrass, 26, Wilson, pleaded guilty to retail fraud, third degree; 15 days jail; $625 fines and costs.
