ASSEMBLY OF GOD
ESCANABA – Sunday morning worship services are at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Nursery is available for both services. Sunday school classes are provided for all ages at 9. Children in grades 1-5 meet for Kids’ Zone during the 10:30 service. Classroom activities are also provided during the 10:30 service for preschool-kindergarten children. “Connections” fellowship is held immediately following each service. The youth group for high school students, led by Pastor Jacob and Joy Comer, meets at 6:30 p.m. at the Comers’ residence for the final time this summer. The junior/senior high youth group will kick off the new school year with a launch party on Wednesday, Sept. 10.
Men’s Bible study is Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the church. “Christian Men’s Fellowship Coffee Hour” follows at 8:15 at Culver’s.

Celebrate Recovery meets Thursday from 7 8:30 p.m. This is a 12-step, Christ-centered, Biblical program that gives hope for those who struggle with hurts, habits, and hang-ups.
The “Every Act of Love” Tour is Coming to Escanaba. ESCANABA – Sunday morning prayer starts at 8, followed by fellowship until 9:30. BARK RIVER – Combined worship and pot-luck picnic with Hermansville UM Church will take place at 11 a.m. Sunday at the pavilion at the Bark River Park.
